Kishore Deshpande
President and CEO

Kishore Deshpande founded Universal Software Corporation in 1992 in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Mr. Deshpande is a technology visionary, as well as the sales and recruiting strategist of the company. Under his guidance, Universal has experienced dynamic growth. In fact, Universal Software has been recognized as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the U.S. several times by Inc. 500 magazine.

Previous to Universal Software, Mr. Deshpande worked as an independent software consultant providing technical services to companies including Sun Microsystems, Comverse Technologies, Cadre Technologies and other leading technology firms.

Mr. Deshpande holds a Master of Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnics, Worcester, MA, and a Master of Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai, India.

Ananth Subramanian
Director - Operations and Recruitment

Ananth Subramanian overseas the operations and recruitment of Universal Software Corporation. Mr. Subramanian has 17 years of experience in sales and marketing with over nine years in the IT consulting. His responsibilities include operations, human resources, immigration and recruitment.

Prior to joining with Universal Software, Mr. Subramanian was working as a Sr. Manager at IT Convergence Inc, a CA based IT Consulting Organization and managed their operations in Bangalore, India.

Ken Rosenfield
Director of Sales and Business Development

As Director of Sales , Ken Rosenfield oversees the company’s US sales and business development organization. Mr. Rosenfield has 18 years of sales and leadership experience with over 9 years experience in the IT consulting arena. He is responsible for the creation and leadership of the company’s very successful sales and business development organization. 

Prior to joining Universal Software Corporation, Mr. Rosenfield was the Director of Sales, US Operations for Netguru Systems, a global IT consultancy with offices worldwide. In this role, he directed all sales and marketing operations and new business development for the firm.

Mr. Rosenfield holds a BS in Marketing from The University of Hartford in West Hartford, CT.

Rajesh Bashyam
Director of Projects and Solutions

Rajesh Bashyam brings over 12 years of experience in the software industry to his position as Director of Projects and Solutions. His responsibilities include managing multiple Universal clients, developing new strategies to help take advantage of emerging markets, and developing continuous improvement methodologies within Universal Software.

Prior to joining Universal Software, Mr. Bashyam worked for Wipro Technologies where he helped build their software services business and offshore development efforts. He was also instrumental in creating their offshore development center.

Mr. Bashyam is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington where he received his masters in Computer Science

Bhavesh Shah
Director- HR & SAP Practice

Mr. Bhavesh Shah is a Senior Executive with 20 years of IT experience in Consulting, Account Management, Project Management, Human Resource Management and IT Operations. The broad spectrum of his diverse experience includes Business Development, Account Management, Sales Growth, Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Training, Management of Overseas Operations, Strategizing, Business Plans, Performance Management, Attending seminars, Trade show planning, Lead generation and Corporate Presentation.
