Ping Mobile was founded in 2005 as a premiere mobile marketing agency. In February of 2008, Ping completed an exciting merger with mobile marketing services provider Pop Solutions and mobile technology pioneer, RegiSoft Ltd. (founded in 1999).

The merged global company will continue to operate under the Ping Mobile brand name and provide clients with mobile marketing consulting, mobile marketing and advertising services, mobile media products and a robust mobile technology platform.
